Dayvetta Ferchaud is the founder and operator of ECE Coaching and has dedicated over 25 years to advancing early care and education. She provides professional development and strategic support to early childhood programs across Louisiana, partnering with nonprofit organizations, Head Start programs, private corporations, higher education institutions, and public school systems.
Throughout her career, Dayvetta has served in diverse roles, including classroom teacher, mentor/coach, trainer, education consultant, and administrator. She is recognized for her ability to design, implement, and continuously improve high-quality educational programs, as well as her commitment to elevating learning outcomes for children through adult education and mentorship.
Dayvetta is a Certified Louisiana Educator, Certified Infant, Toddler, and Pre-K CLASS Observer, Professional Development Specialist for the Council for Professional Recognition, and a Louisiana Pathways Approved Independent Trainer. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and African-American Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and a Child Development Certificate from Northwestern State University.
