Dayvetta Ferchaud, operator of ECE Coaching, has worked in the field of early care and education for over 20 years. She provides professional development and support to early childhood programs throughout Louisiana. Dayvetta has worked with nonprofit organizations, head start programs, private corporations, higher education institutions, and public school systems. She has served in numerous roles including classroom teacher, mentor/coach, trainer, education consultant, and administrator. During her service to the field, Dayvetta has demonstrated the ability to strategically plan, implement, and continuously improve high quality education programs. Additionally, she has maintained a commitment to elevating the quality of education for children through adult learning and mentorship programs. Dayvetta is a Certified Louisiana Educator, Certified Infant, Toddler and Pre-K CLASS Observer, Professional Development Specialist for the Council for Professional Recognition, and Louisiana Pathways Approved Independent Trainer. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and African-American Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, and Child Development Certificate from Northwestern State University.
